New Installation Concrete5 v. 7.3.1

can anyone please help me with the installation? Print screet with problem is inside the attachment.

Probable incompatibility between concrete5 version and php version. Using php 5.6 would likely make it go away. But that's a strange version of concrete5 to be installing.

PHP set to version 5.6., but the problem still persists. :(
