New site can't get linked to the Community

When I click on the connect the project to the community link the page resolves to this link, but then nothing happens. The background image loads, but no log in. This is running on 5.5.1 and I can access every other part of the dashboard I have tried...

Can you attach a screen shot of what your screen looks like?

The site has a name already. Tried changing it to something else and still didn't work.

Do you have curl enabled? This is an issue with your hosting companies server setup.

I have several other sites running in the same hosting account. Didn't do anything special for them (though all have domain names pointing to their directories).
