New site - server options

Hi all
I've just registered with a new host and am in the process of setting up the site for the first time. I've got a few options for PHP and I'm not sure which to choose:
Fast-CGI, CGI, Mod-PHP, SuPHP
Also, should I enable SuExec (I'm thinking that might come in useful in the future)?

I personally use Fast-CGI
We advise SuPHP. For security this is the best options.
Thanks for your replies. I'm installing a new LLMP (Lighttpd) stack on a vanilla Ubuntu 9.04 server box so will take it from there. Fingers crossed!
