New Theme Not Showing up in Dashboard to Install

I purchased a new theme and it's all ready to go on my concrete5 project page, however, when I got to my site's dashboard to "add functionality" and install it, the new theme does not show up as "awaiting installation." Any ideas about what is causing this disconnect? Thank you!

Try to install the theme manually (see the screenshot i added).

Download archive - -> extract the theme inside packages folder ---> C5 dashboard: Add Functionality --> click install
