No Edit bar visible after simple scripts install

Hi
I did a new install of Concrete 5.6.0.1 using Simple Scripts a few minutes ago. When I logged into the site the edit bar was missing from the top of the page. I hadn't added any themes or add-ons at this point. All the dashboard controls seem to be in place just not the edit bar.
I see this message in the the Safari Error Console Log:
TypeError: 'undefined' is not a function (evaluating 'this.hide()') content_start_0.js:1.
Does anyone have a suggestion?http://www.webmobilized.ca/bcause
UPDATE: I was looking at the Firebug error console and noted that it referenced a .js file in cloudflare a service offered through Hostmonster. I deactivated cloudflare for the site and this seemed to fix the issue.
