No site after moving site to new server

I moved my site from one server to another. I followed the instructions on the move site documentation page, but I only see the default index page the hosting company puts on there.

This sounds most likely either a server configuration issue, or the site is simply not in the correct directory on the new server. Probably an issue best checked out with the hosting company itself. You need to either locate the directory where the default index page is being hosted, or get the configuration amended so that it points to the location where you have installed your site.
Check your files through FTP... See if there is a duplicate index file that might be over-riding your C5 index file...
