No translation after upgrading to 5.4.0.5

Hi,
After updated C5 to the latest my translation suddenly turned off? If i check the base.php file it still contains:
if (!defined('LOCALE')) {
define("LOCALE", 'da_DK');
}
And the language files are still in the languages folder.
What have happened? And what to do ?
