You will have to free space. The update installs in the updates folder of your website; it's not like conventional applications where the update replaces the current application code; your website disk size will grow with each update.

You can replace the concrete folder with the folder from the update in order to remove exces files, after updating and making some changes to your config, so you could upgrade locally on your computer and upload it to your server. But that's assuming you know you way around code and Concrete. Otherwise I would just advise you to free up disk space. You could do this by clearing the cache and getting rid of large files in your file manager.

You can use your web host's file manager to review the files in your hosting account folders. Unneeded files can be downloaded to your computer or deleted.

If there is no extra space you can free, then you will likely need to upgrade your hosting package to a larger file storage size.
