I have downloaded and installed Wamp64 on my PC - Windows 7 64 bit - both PHP and Mysql running without issues - and Wordpress is installed and runs fine - I have downloaded the latest version of Concrete5 (first time install) and extracted the .zip file into a folder "concrete" in the xxx folder in Wamp64 - I have "concrete" db created in Mysql - however, when use localhost to try to access concrete in xxx and launch the Concrete5 install, all I get is an error message the "Page Cannot Be Displayed" - I have tried everything I know to ensure permissions are not the problem, but no luck - any help appreciated
