Page for update is disappeared?

Hi guys,
I got some strange thing happening. I went to the dashboard to update Concrete5 with the blue button. When I hit it, a page of my theme is showing and saying: "Sorry, the page you are looking for is not here.' Page not found.
I did something wrong or...?
