Page types: not all installed

Hi,
Concrete5 newbie, first post.
My installation resulted in only 3 page types:
- full
- home
- right sidebar
The instructional videos/docs all include at least one more (blog), I've seen several others.
How can I get them on my install?

Navigation: is there a video/paper on menu construction? Additionally, the same for adding my own css menu behavior?
