Password reset email not sent

Hi - For some reason my password does not work to log in as administrator for my C5 site hosted through another company. I can log into my control panel, but cannot log in as admin to make edits to my C5 site.

When I click on the "Reset and Email Password" button, after entering the email I used to sign up for the C5 account, I do not receive an email. I have tried it a few times, and even waited 2 days for an email, but no email.

Please help. Thank You!

It sounds like the server you are hosting your site on is not setup for sending emails.
