Hello,
So I've just installed a new site to concrete5 as well as made a new account and it says that my username and/or password are incorrect when I try to log into my site.. I've tried to send the new password to my email and the email that is on my account through concrete5 won't work..I thought that the username for my account and password were the same ones that I used to log into my site..

I'm lost on what to do since I can't reset it through my email or call a help desk to have them reset it..
