PHP 5.3+ Incompatible with concrete 5.4.2?

After I moved site to a new server I'm having odd problems.
The old server was running PHP 5.2. New one is on 5.3.5
Is the compatability issues with concrete 5.4.2 and php 5.3?
I can't add or save pretty much click on any button give me.
