PHP Fatal error: Class 'View' not found in /public_html/concrete/config/theme_paths.php on line 4

I tried to move a concrete 5.6 installation to a new server and after moving the site, I get the following error:
[Fri Jun 26 11:08:27.449019 2015] [:error] [pid 31317] [client 91.155.38.84:51330] PHP Fatal error:  Class 'View' not found in /public_html/concrete/config/theme_paths.php on line 4


I tried to clear cache and tmp folders and also tested that database connection is working.

Turns out /concrete/startup/autoload.php file was empty in the transfer.

Reuploading that file fixed the problem.
