PHP Fatal Error on connect to community page

I'm setting up a second site with Concrete5, and again I am having an extremely hard time "connecting to the community", which add-ons are held hostage in.
Running on a production server, there is a PHP fatal error, which is not handled, resulting in a blank page display.
I would appreciate any help available.

second if you release the addons in your profile you can download them manually - while you get this fixed* you wont get updates though if you do this
