PHP Unexpected error - Can't find answer

I've ran into this issue directly after installing 5.7.3.1 through Softaculous. I'm assuming something is bunged up with imagick but I wanted to get some input in case it's something simple I'm just not finding an answer to. This is at the bottom of all pages on the site...

An unexpected error occurred.
PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/imagick.so' - /usr/lib/php/extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20090626/imagick.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
