PLEASE HELP :: :: eCommerce Installation with Client SSL

Hello all,

My client has her own SSL Certificate and we are installing Concrete's eCommerce add-on for her and have it styled out completely and looking good in every way.

Here's where we get lost:

We are using cPanel as it's what her hosting provider uses for the server's back-end. She has the SSL installed but we need to get that tapped into the eCommerce add-on and make it to where her customers are able to type in their credit card information directly on her site so the site design is seamless throughout the shopping cart system. We don't know where to begin as this is our first shopping cart setup.
I would love some insight from some seasoned Concrete users who have done this time and time again so we make sure to get it right for the client. I guess what I'm asking is what are the steps I need to take to ensure this gets done the correct way. It's to the point of us not knowing whether we need to use a third party financial system like Authorize.net or PayPal Pro or not.

My business partner and myself are considerably confused about how to get it working properly. Any link or help in any way would be most appreciated.

I was just looking at using this add-on myself for a client http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/force-ssl/...
It certainly seems like a major time saver for what needs to be done and its free!

Yeah I looked at that but I was needing some basic information as to how to set up the eCommerce system to function with the SSL my client currently uses. I know she's going to have to use a third party fund transferring company like PayPal Pro or Authorize.net.

The thing I can't understand is how to get either one of those companies tapped into the site's eCommerce or will they just know how to set up the eCommerce inside Concrete5?

When I added eCommerce to a clients site (who already had an active ssl), the actual check-out pages picked up the https automatically. If your client uses Paypal or a merchant service that uses Authorize.net, you just need to "fill in the blanks" (info provided by client or their merchant service)in the eCommerce Payment section and its all done automatically. Much easier than it seems at first glance. The documentation tab in the eCommerce Marketplace is a great resource to walk you through this.
