Looking for help/info on an easy way to pre populate content for starter websites.

i.e. Have a basic website for Plumbers, Carpenters, Electricians etc...which has basic pages with pre filled content.

Looking to set up an automated website creation with 1-5 templates that has pre populated content based upon which trade they choose.

Also, is there a way to automate the logo so they can simply upload their logos and it will appear on their chosen theme?
