Pretty URL's not working

Guys,
I enabled pretty URL's on my customer site,(www.logicallysecure.com) uploaded the .htaccess file as instructed and when I click on a nav link I get: 'No input file specified'.

Turning off pretty url's restores things to normal.

I have checked with my host who tell me the .htaccess file is there and mods enabled. All file permissions have been allowed.

Any ideas what I may be doing wrong please?

Thanks Andy - it worked.

I just had to modify the .htaccess and libraries/request.php files as described and voila - no index.php's.
