Pretty URLs - GearHost IIS Intallation.

Hey All,
I was using C5 on Dreamhost for a while and it worked pretty well. Pretty URLs worked as expected etc. Dreamhost have has some massive problems recently with stability and I had another system hosted with GearHost. Given the issues I moved everything over to GearHost.
GearHost use a cloud based IIS hosting platform and since transferring my C5 install over im having trouble with pretty URLs. The URL's that used to work now dont, but adding in /index.php/ does.
Im also having a few issues with CSS not working on some pages but... I suspect that might be related.
