Well I hate to admit this... I can't figure it out! I have advanced permissions on, public profiles on and everything seems fine except there is no send private message link. There is a messages link that shows empty mail boxes but no way to send.

I have read the postings and none seem to have my answer.

Do I have to enable smtp mail or does php mail work but I am missing something simple? Any advice is appreciated!!
