Hi,
I have purchase problog add-on for using in our different sites. But as it is mentioned in the licensing that it is "individually licensed for single site", can i use it in different sites in different servers?

No, sorry, Concrete5 paid add-ons are for one use on one domain/url and one local test environment, if you wish to use an add-on or theme on multiple sites you will need to purchase a license for each site.
