Problem install from start

Hey, im having problem installation concrete5.
When i try the new version 5.6.2.1 i got a error message, right after i upload the files and tried to run it.
But then i tried to use the 5.6.1.2 version and i got tru the validation and came to the entering the site info.
Inserted my info at this error accured.
