Problem installing through DreamHost

I am trying to install Concrete5 through a One-Click process at DreamHost for my new website, but I keep getting this message: "There are already 171 tables in this database. concrete5 must be installed in an empty database." I haven't done ANYTHING yet with this web site, so I don't understand this. And it gives me no options or clues as to what is wrong. Please help!

You are trying to install concrete5 into a database that is already in use, most likely by a failed first attempt to install the CMS. Set up another database and try that one.
