I am trying to update the ProEvents Addon but I am getting an error telling me unable to move old version to file/trash. I thought it was a permissions problems so tried to correct this but now I am getting this

The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
Concrete was not able to save the package after download.

It now moves old version to the trash folder but doesn't install the new one.

Before when I had this problem updating I just went to my account and download the archive and updated via FTP but the download archive option for this addon is not available anymore in my account.
