Hi

I have just updated one of our sites to 5.4.1 which went smoothly, the site works OK apart from when I go to the file manager I get the error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getColumns() on a non-object in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/concrete/elements/files/search_results.php on line 48

it also looks really messed up ( screen shot attached) Not sure what is causing this, any ideas?
