Problems installing blocks after updating to 5.6.0.2

I'm having trouble installing various blocks after updating to the latest version of C5.
I'm getting the following message when I go to install the block athttp://localhost/~Rosie/rosie/index.php/dashboard/blocks/types/...

Hi Rosie, I tried clearing the site cache and the problem is fixed!

I'd earlier copied the JSON.php file (I can't recall the exact details, but it's widely discussed if you search for concrete5.6 and JSON). Hope this works for you.
