I have copied all the files from the .zip package and uploaded all the files to my website in the root of the site where there were no other files
If I go to http://cumbriabaitandfishingtackle.co.uk/index.php... it says 'File not found'

Anybody tell me what I am doing wrong?

What has tech support got to say? It appears that there are several things wrong with the server configuration. Are you sure the files are in the public_html folder (or whatever your host calls the www-accessible folder)?
Finally sorted it. It appeared that the domain name was not propagating due to an address error. All OK now
