I'm having a problem when editing pages on the front end of the site that when I click on anything in the main menu buttons when in edit mode that none of the popups appear. I can see that #ccm-overlay gets added to the page but it doesn't contain anything.

I'm also having a problem when adding blocks, the page loads up the HTML just for the block itself, so no html, head or body tags etc.

Not sure really where to look to troubleshoot this problem.

Would it have something to do with the fact that I duplicated a previous site's database rather than doing a fresh install?
