What product do you mean? Is it a paid add-on or a theme?
I'd suggest you contact the developer of said 'product' for support before asking for a refund. They'll be able to help you and if it still doesn't work, I'm sure the'yll be happy to refund you.
You can ask for support by going to the product age and selecting 'Support' from the list on the right.
