Profile Page Question

Okay, I have everything enabled, login, registration, and profile for members, but when I look for the page in the full sitemap its not there. I want to put the profile page into the custom navigation and I just can't seem to find it, but when I login on my website I can get to it and even able to edit it. Am I doing something wrong?
Click the option for show system pages in full sitemap, it should be on the right in older versions or accesed through options dropdown also on the right. Members page should now be visible, as well as profile.
