Before I purchased add-on, I did not have an account with Concrete5 website, even though it seemed I had since it said in my Admin that my site WAS connected to community.

Before purchase I had to sign up, which I did, my signup login being different than my Admin login.

I made the purchase, money was cleared, and the purchase showed up in my new account. However, no "Project" showed up in my account. I checked forums, and everyone said you have to connect the site to Concrete5. I went back to my website Admin, but it still said that the website WAS connected to the community, and to clicck the Projects link, which I did, but had to login again. I logged in again, went to the Projects page, and still no listing. Curcular and frustrating.

Perhaps, since this seems to be a big topic in the forum, dealt with up to the point I've already said, a more intuitive fix could be had?

I still have a purchase, and still cannot use the add-on in my website. Can someone please address this, even giving me another option, if possible?
