question on implementing this CMS on to existing website

Is this CMS like cushycms/pagelime to where I can implement this CMS on to an existing html/css website. Or is it only a CMS if developed throguh the CONCRETe5 back end.
If I can implement to my existing website, is it simple, or is there documentation on it?

It's not really similar to PageLime. Concrete5 is self hosted and works out of your own local database. Check out this link to learn about implementing C5 into your existing theme (http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/designers/make-a-theme/). And there is a ton of documentation (http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/developers/).
