Quick Question on installing at root level

Hi, I have a c5 site in a folder called "company-name" on my hard disk. When uploading to the live server do I copy the folder holding the site to the root of the site or just the contents within the folder (from blocks to updates) so that they are directly under public_html?

You just upload the contents of that folder.
If you're not sure it's the place that holds your index.php, concrete/, libraries/, models/, packages/ etc. directories
