Hi, I recently moved a client's C5 site to our Rackspace Cloud Sites account. At the time they were running 5.3.2, I believe. At first, everything worked fine and I turned it over to them to manage. They then reported issues with logging in. I tried to log in and sure enough, it would process them login, then return me to the login screen without an error, as though I had not logged in. Reloading would randomly alternate between the same issue, and actually showing me the Dashboard. When moving through the dashboard, it would randomly allow me to see the various options, then randomly kick me out.

I believe this has to do with the distributed nature of the filesystem on cloud sites, but I have followed the Rackspace recommendations for creating a local session storage directory and then changing the php.ini to store session data there and it's still doing the same thing.

Anyone have any other ideas or tips? I may have to just move them to our Plesk box and bypass the Cloud Sites for any C5 projects, but would prefer to keep them there if possible.
