ReFatal error: Themes Marketplace

Just installed Concrete5 all links etc working fine except the Themes button in the dashboard.Clicking on this button gives me the a new tab with Fatal error: Call to undefined function libxml_use_internal_errors() in /var/www/html/lowanna/concrete/helpers/concrete/marketplace/themes.php on line 26
anyone got a fix or idea for it.
