I'm planning to reinstall 5.4.1.1 as my existing C5 setup of the same version has a couple of error/bugs of unknown causes.

I'll be backing up the following files/folders/db based on what I read from the forums:
1. /config/ site.php
2. /themes
3. database backup using the Backup & Restore function on the dashboard

My current C5 is 95% completed what else do I need to do to preserve the existing contents?

After reinstallation, do I just overwrite the new installation with my backups to restore my contents?
