Releasing an add-on from a project

An addon we recently purchased from the marketplace accidentally got assigned to an old testing project we no longer use(the files and database associated with it are long gone). To complicate things, it seems the ownership of the project got reassigned to to a mysterious "admin" account, demoting me to a mere contributor, and apparently inhibiting my ability to release the license from the project.
Any ideas on getting this back, or am I out $20?

Go to the tab marked my account from the concrete5 website. Click on projects and find the project page that has the misplaced block. Click on that project page and then release the block from that project, it will be a big red button to the right of the blocks image.

Now go to the project page you wish to have it on and activate it there it should be under available blocks or something of that nature. If you completely cant find it pm me and I will do my best to help.

Thanks for your response, Ekko.
You said to pm you, but I'm not sure how to do that. I've included a screenshot to help explain my problem.
I've already checked out all the documentation on adding/releasing licenses from projects, the problem here is that the button to release is simply not there.
Thanks for your help!
