Renaming a folder crashes C5

Hello. I started new project on Concrete5 8.2.1, after uploading it to hosting it gives me blank page. I tried to figure out what caused it and I think I did, but I still don't know why and how to fix this. If you install blank Concrete5 8.2.1 in any folder, for example:
C:\OpenServer\domains\test1
It works fine after installing. But if you rename folder to something like:
C:\OpenServer\domains\test2
After restarting apache, site stops working, it gives blank page. If you rename folder back to "test1" and restart Apache, site works again. I tried to enable PHP bug reports in some C5 files - didn't worked, it gives no error.
