Rescan issue after moving site

I have just moved the site to a new server.
Some images etc do not show up and appear to abort the rest of the page load.
When I view the image properties in the library and try to re-scan the images I get the following error-
Unable to rescan Header-10.jpg. Error encountered: Call to undefined function imageCreateTrueColor(). Rescan halted.
Any ideas,...?

I think this problem happens when you don't have the proper image libraries installed with php. It's either the "GD Image Library" or "JPEG Support" (I think) -- unfortunately I can't find the forum thread that discussed this in the past... try contacting your web host's tech support and asking them how to get these 2 things working on your server.
