Rigid bold theme isn't responsive, no support

Hi,

I just installed the rigidbold theme but it doesn't seem to be responsive at all:http://theme-rigidbold.cathedral-design.be/......
I went to the dashboard/themes/inspect but there was no action needed.
There are two screenshots attached where you can see the pagetypes and the inspect, hope it may help.
Did I do something wrong? I asked for support but there is no reaction.

Vivid is actually very responsive to support issues, except when he's eating lunch ;)

I'm assuming you posted to the theme's support section and/or PM'ed him directly?
