Rigid Bold Theme not activating

I Just purchased the Rigid Bold Theme, installed it, downloaded it....but it is not showing up on the Theme page in order to activate. it shows that it is there officially downloaded, so where is it on the activation theme page?

Did you go to "Extend Concrete5" and click activate? "Extend Concrete5" can be found at the bottom of the Dashboard.
Try to download the package and put it into the roots packages folder. Then go to Dashboard's Extend concrete5 and Click Install beneath it. After successfully installing the theme package, type down "Themes" on the quick search bar. Then navigate to the themes page and activate it.
