rmdir failed error -> stuck in install redirect loop

This error is due to what seems to be an oversight on the part of both myself, and the author of the document.
The permissions must not only be set for the web server to write to the directory of Concrete5, but also have permissions to delete as well.
Hopefully, permissions can be reduced after install, as this is a tremendous security concern.
