Sample Content Generator Add-on does not create archive File

Hello,
I just tried the Sample Content Generator Add-on because I think it will be the best way to import my old CMS into C5.
To study the output of the Add-on, I installed C5 (5.5.1), installed the Add-on and then tried both options in the Dashboard. "Generate content.xml from current website" works without problems, but "Archive Files" does nothing. The tmp folder is created, but there is no zip file in it.
Can anybody tell me, what I am down wrong? For the test, i used XAMPP.
