Sandbox Setup?

I am hosting with conceret5 and paying for the sandbox option which I read will allow me to keep my site live whilst making alterations to a 2nd copy. Unfortunately I cant find any information on how to set this up. Does anyone give me a link to some docs on How To Setup a Sandbox?
