Site found only by using IP address

Hi
I'm new to this forum but I have used Concrete5 now for sometime and I'm very happy with it. I'm a bit shamed to make my entry to these forums with a problem with installation.
I have two sites up and running (well, not much content yet). A week ago I installed Concrete5 for a friend of mine. She's an artist and she would like to show her work in internet. Her domain ishttp://merjanykanen.fi
As far as I understand, I did all as with my own domains. But there is a problem. The site is found only by using IP address, not with the domain name. Name server configurations are correct and the service provider have checked that they have set the domain name to point to correct directory and robots.txt file.
The addresshttp://merjanykanen.fi/ takes browser to the front page of the service provider (www.serverimaailma.com).
By using the IP address and the folder name, the site is visible. All administration and editing content works just fine. The only problem is domain name vs. IP
All advice and help is very much appreciated.
