site migration from localhost to webserver

Hello,
I have my first C5 site on my localhost ready for migration.
But seem not to do the right steps, must not be that hard to migrate the site in a few simple steps, or am I wrong on this one?
I have searched the form but did not find an answer.

Because I was moving from a Windows machine to a Linux server I had some case sensitive problems on my table names.
So I had to alter the table names, and after that it worked fine.
So for anyone with the same problem, I attached the alter table case sensitive for 5.4.0

Here is an add-on to fix this problem automatically. Your tables can be different than others people have (different packages etc.). Check it:
