site migration to a new account help

Hi there,

I've seen a tutorial and a post on moving a concrete5 site but was looking for an "official" c5 direction set that includes details on what sql export options to choose, etc.

Here are the two that I have read so far:

I'm familiar with myPHP, MySQL, FTP, ... but am looking for more detail instructions. The site is moving from one account to another on the same hosting company.
