Site not displaying changes

I selected a skin and altered the header.
A friend on a different computer navigated to the site but the appearance of the page didn't change.
I don't see an option to "publish" or whatnot.

Do I do this from Dreamhost?

nvmd. The publish button was discovered when I exited the editor :)
